Sheen Technologies LLC (“Sheen”) offers software for beauty and wellness professionals. Salon businesses are responsible for their services, appointment details, client relationships, and information entered into their accounts.
Account responsibilities
Business users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, use the service lawfully, and obtain any permissions needed to collect and process client information.
Appointment notifications
Sheen may send appointment-related email and text notifications on behalf of participating salons. Notifications are informational and may not reflect last-minute changes. Confirm scheduling questions directly with your salon.
SMS messaging terms
If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive automated SMS appointment reminders from your salon through Sheen at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Participation is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing services. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Appropriate use
Users must not send unsolicited messages, access information without permission, misuse the service, or violate applicable privacy and messaging requirements.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, network failures, and third-party outages can affect availability. Features may change as the platform evolves.
